An exchange will be made if:
1. The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour customer has ordered.
2. The size of the product we delivered is not the size customer has ordered.
3. The product is torn/damaged at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product.
Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done. We allow exchange within 7 days after receiving the item.
For item which we have delivered to customer in the correct size and colour and customer would like to make an exchange for another size / colour / design, there will be an additional charge of min. SGD4.00 to cover the shipment cost*.

Refund policy
A full refund of the product paid will be made if:
1. The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.
2. Customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed.
Once the order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.

Reservation
1. Reservation of items is only valid upon receiving payment.
2. Customers should make payment as soon as possible once they receive the payment details to avoid stock unavailability.

* An exchange to any item below the original price will be min SGD4.00. An exchange to any item above the original price will be min SGD4.00 + price difference.

Warranty of Goods/Services
1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. All goods will be 80 - 90% similar to the pictures.

Terms of Warranty
2. All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.

Prices
3. All our prices are nett. Delivery charges are excluded.

Delivery services
4. Delivery can be done by normal mailing, registered mailing or local courier service. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.

Payment Processing
5. We accept Cash, Bank Fund Transfer, Western Union, Paypal and Cheque payments.

6. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions.

Cancellation of Orders
7. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.

8. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders
9. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
